STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

As a Camp RYLA volunteer, I am expected to attend a one-day training session prior to the start of camp. I understand that I am expected to be at Camp RYLA for the duration of the entire camp (which is seven days plus one day of training). I also understand that the role of a Camp RYLA leader is to engage the youth attendees in appropriate discussion and not emphasize my own views and opinions.
